Marie-Odile LAMOUREUX DE BELLY began her career in Paris at PriceWaterhouse legal and tax departments before joining the VALEO group as legal director of the "electronic systems and friction materials" activities.
Her corporate career has given her solid experience in corporate law and in negotiating contracts, particularly international contracts (joint ventures, patents, trademarks....) with partners in various countries such as China, Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia, Turkey, Mexico, Great Britain, etc...
In 1997, she moved to Montpellier and created the Selarl Lamoureux de Belly, Toulza et associés, which became LEXIATEAM.
In LEXIATEAM, Marie-Odile LAMOUREUX DE BELLY advises on corporate finance and corporate law transactions, and drafts and negotiates international contracts. She also defends her clients before the courts.
In addition, she has developed real expertise in the non-commercial sector and the field of renewable energies.

JJérôme BRESO began his professional career (1996 to 2000) as a corporate lawyer and head of personnel in the CELINOR group (Vie & Veranda), then as head of the human resources department at Loire Habitat (OPAC de la Loire, from 2000 to 2006).
After becoming a lawyer in May 2005, he joined the law firm BDLG SOFIGES (Isère) in 2006 before joining the employment law department of LEXIATEAM in April 2010, where he heads the department.
Experienced in negotiation techniques, he advises on both the individual and collective aspects of the employment relationship. He is also involved in litigation (Labour Court, Labour Division of the High Court, Tribunal du Contentieux de l'Incapacité, Administrative Court, Magistrates’ Court, High Court).

A lawyer since 2000, Alain GUEDJ has a two-pronged educational career: grande école de commerce (ESLSCA Paris), then Magistère DJCE at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier.
He then practiced in Paris for 10 years in the tax departments of the Anglo-Saxon law firms Arthur Andersen International (2000/2003), Ernst & Young (2003/2006) and Franklin (2006/2009), before joining the Gordon S. Blair Law Offices law firm in Monaco (2009/2010).
His Parisian and Monegasque experience allowed him to acquire skills in national and international tax matters, in particular in tax advice and litigation for individuals. He offers support to individuals in their various professional and pecuniary transactions, intervening on numerous occasions to structure and optimise the acquisition or disposal of companies, the status of managers and shareholders and his customers’ real estate investments.
Based in Montpellier at LEXIATEAM since 2011, he is also renowned for his experience in corporate law and particularly in fundraising. This dual experience in tax and company law is highly relevant when assisting with company acquisitions and disposals.
